Here is the short of her story!, She had been heavy?!? and lost weight and here's how she kept if off, back before all of this artificial diet stuff!!! she ate in moderation, She followed this: 1st.week, no bread or starches,2nd.week no sugar, not just cookies,pies or cake, 3rd week. nothing fried!!! 4th. week she ate what ever she wanted, in moderation! She started walking with 1 mile, untill she walked 5 miles a day, everyday pretty much. For example the week she didn't eat sugar, she ate bread, pasta,. Now not every eating program is going to work for everyone, but this is one way to get those foods your craving
