Hi everyone,

I'm new here and wanted to say hi and introduce myself.  I'm not a great cook, but I love to try anyway.  My husband and I love trying out new recipes and enjoy many different cousines.  I'm looking forward to finding and trying new recipes and experimenting with new ideas.  Thanks.

Hi, Connie here.  I have a question about freezing and re-freezing meat. Is it safe???  I've been told that it's safe, but may taste funny.

Hello, I am Alby. My wife recently started to grow a bunch of different vegtables. One in particular is a cucumber. So far, this crop has been the largest quantity, and we were wondering how to turn them into pickles. These cucumbers look exactly like the delly pickles you can purchase from your local grocery market. We searched and searched and haven't found the answer we are looking for. If any one knows or has a recipe for turning cucumbers into pickles, my family and I would be more than happy to try it out. So, if you have any information on this subject ...please get back to me.

God Bless,

AlbyCool

Hi to all,  My name is Jean.  I need easy recipes to feed my husband who works the 2nd shift. I need something substantial at noon, then something for him to take with him. I'm tired of having to come up with two meals each day!

Any ideas?
