Gold Medal Better Bread Flour

Can I use Better Bread flour when a recipe calls for all-purpose?  I bought the better bread flour, but seeing a lack of recipes that call for it, I and now am afraid I may not be able to use it.

Bread flour has a lot more gluten and protein in it than plain, all-purpose flour.  You can use bread flour instead of plain flour for some things, but not for others.  Like for a cake, you would not want to use bread flour.  It would make the cake tough and chewy.  Bread flour is great for making yeast breads and rolls.
