Wonderful Product

My two boys (2 and 4) were diagnosed with gluten, dairy, fish and nut allergies in June. With the exception of cheese, wheat has been the hardest. We love cakes, brownies, waffles, pancakes, cookies, bread...anything wheat. We've tried so many products and recipes. The boys have been great, but not satisfied and my husband wouldn't touch the stuff.
When my brother-in-law said he saw Betty Crocker GF mixes, I was excited and searched every local store for them. I hoped that a company as big and mainstream as Betty Crocker would have found a way to it right. My oldest son was so excited when we found the brownies that we rushed home and made them immediately! They were wonderful!! They didn't just taste good and have a normal texture...they actually felt like dessert! My husband even likes them.
We keep 6-8 boxes of each (excpe the cookies...not thrilled with those) in our pantry. We are starting to experiment with using the mixes in other recipes. The chocolate cake mix made yummy doughnusts and using the yellow mix as a replacement of flour in my mom's old pancake recipe this morning gave us the best pancakes we've had in months!
