I don't know what the weather is like by you, but here in North Carolina it's blistering already. We will have a week solid of almost 100 degree weather. It's enough to melt ya and it's only early June! When it gets that hot I really don't care to sit down and eat a big steak after working in the yard and sweating all day. I prefer something lighter. That being said .... we visited my brother Brad in Austin a couple of years ago and went to a Tex / Mex restaurant that had the best Fish Tacos that I had ever tasted.
