In the summer, I need lots of great breakfast recipes since we often entertain guests during the weekends at our cabin. When I tire of making pancakes, waffles and egg casseroles, I look for something new. Here is one of my favorite new recipes: Ham and Egg Breakfast Tarts.
An added benefit of having my little 4-inch tart pans at the cabin is that our 1-year-old grandson, Blake, loves playing with them since they are just his size.
