Today is Election Day, and if you are anything like me, you stay up into the night watching returns on television. I used to work on Capitol Hill in DC for a political wonk website, and we live blogged the results and commentary during the 2000 election. It was a wild election night, and it had a party atmosphere, even though it was work.
I plan to vote this afternoon and make a snack for watching the returns: Chex Mix, and with all the attack ads, mud slinging and "politely" combative debates this political season, Muddy Buddies seems particularly appropriate, and maybe delicious enough to bring opposing sides together.
