Seeing “Buffalo” foods in the top spot caught my attention because I am originally from Buffalo, New York. It’s true, there is lots of great food in Buffalo, with many places having excellent twists on the classic wing (and yeah, in Buffalo we just call ‘em wings, not Buffalo wings). When I make it back home, my favorite is a Buffalo Chicken submarine sandwich from a place in Cheektowaga, NY.
