I love summer! So far, my summer has been filled with lazy weekend afternoons in the sun with friends, grilling anything that looks tasty, hiking with the dog and tackling fun projects in the yard.
To beat the heat I've been making batch after batch of frozen treats!

My favorite? Mai Tai Tiki Pops and Beer Snow Cones! (Made with booze!)
I've had my frozen pop mold for a while now and love it but have my eye on the Zoku Quick Pop Maker that can make frozen treats in 7 minutes! How can you go wrong?
With this batch I played around with coconut water with lime juice, blueberries, grapes or kiwi and vanilla yogurt with coconut milk and fresh fruit. Healthy and refreshing on a hot summer day!
My pup Nugget has her eye on them too! But for her, I made... PUPsicles!
