I was in the kitchen with Blake again, last weekend when we made a warm Double-Berry Crisp for dessert. This is a perfect dessert for a Valentine celebration, and so I decided that we would cut the recipe in half (it serves 9) for the three of us (Jack, Blake and me) and use individual heart-shaped oven-proof casseroles instead of one larger casserole.
First, Blake had to learn how to measure level tablespoonfuls of sugar and flour by leveling off the excess with a small metal spatula.

Next, he mixed frozen blueberries and raspberries with the sugar and flour and then divided the berry mixture into the casseroles.

Put the some Fiber One® Honey Clusters® cereal into a resealable food-storage plastic bag; seal bag and slightly crush with rolling pin.

Combine the cereal with walnuts, brown sugar and butter until well blended.

Sprinkle crumb mixture over the fruit. Bake at 375°F. for 20 to 25 minutes.

Spoon a little vanilla ice cream over the top and enjoy!

Not only is this a yummy and satisfying dessert, every serving contains 5g of dietary fiber, so it's a sweet way to add more fiber to your diet.
