Gingerbread Cutout cookies are easy and quick to make if you start with a mix, as Blake and I did last week. Here is Blake holding a package of the Betty Crocker gingerbread cookie mix. Blake poured the mix into a bowl. He and Papa added a few ingredients and then rolled out the dough. We like to use currants (tiny raisins) for the eyes and buttons. These are my favorite Christmas cookies and they might be Blake’s too!
